MAINTENANCE AND CONSERVATION OF DOWN FILLED PILLOWS AND TOPPER
Always use a pillowcase, preferably made of cotton, synthetic materials reduce the properties of a natural filling.
Before making the bed, shake the pillow thoroughly to fluff up the filling and spread it evenly.
This will ensure that the inner filling does not lose any of its properties and the pillow will stay firm.
Duvedecor recommends entrusting its cleaning to a professional. If you decide to clean it at home, use a soft detergent and without any bleach, and do it at a temperature which is not higher than 40 degrees centigrade. You must wash it separately with two or three tennis balls, which will prevent the filling from getting matted.
It is very important to tumble dry the pillow properly, so a low temperature drying cycle is recommended.
